Returns and Cancellation Policy

How to return?

1) Enter your order number, email address or phone number and message below then click ‘submit

2) Follow the steps and select items you want to return

3) We’ll approve your request by email within 2 working days – please check your junk folder

4) Please wait for approval and instructions before you post the item back

Timescale

We may need up to 7 working days from the date we receive your return to inspect it and process your refund

Refunds will be made via the original payment method and to the person who paid for the order. It can take a few days appear on your bank statement so please be patient.

Postage Cost

The customer is responsible for covering return postage costs on unwanted items and exchanges

Outward postage costs will not be refunded unless the goods have been received by the customer faulty.

We will not refund you if your item is lost or damaged during return delivery. Please ensure you choose a courier with insurance and retain proof of postage

Customers outside the EU will not be refunded outward or return postage costs under any circumstances

If I am not completely satisfied?

You can complete the form below within 14 days of delivery then allowing 2 working days for us to respond giving further instruction for return or exchange.

We are happy to exchange or refund goods to the value you originally paid provided you:

Submit an exchange request within 14 days of receipt

Return the goods in the original packaging and secure for return delivery

Return the goods unused and in perfect condition for inspection

Cover the cost of return postage

Please note:

Please do not return goods until instructed. Personalised goods cannot be refunded or exchanged once design artwork has been approved by the customer.

Can I Exchange?

We are happy to exchange goods of the same price or design provided you:

Submit an exchange request within 14 days of receipt

Return the goods in the original packaging and secure for return delivery

Return the goods unused and in perfect condition

Cover the cost of return postage

The goods have not been tampered with or modified by the customer

If the replacement you want is in stock when we receive your return, we will automatically send it via free standard delivery (UK mainland only).

If the replacement you want is not in stock we’ll refund you.

To exchange for an item of a different value, please request an exchange via the form and add details into the notes box. Upon receipt of your return we will refund you / invoice you for the price difference.

For exchanges to non UK mainland addresses please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for your replacement. Delivery charges apply. For help or questions email: info@mywobblebox.com

Faulty or Damaged goods

We are sorry if you’ve received an item that’s faulty or damaged and understand you may feel disappointed. Let us help resolve this issue for you:

Please complete the form above, then email a photo showing the problem to info@mywobblebox.com

We will reimburse UK return postage costs only where the item is accepted to be faulty upon our inspection and reimbursement was agreed in advance

*Please note that shedding fibres and pilling are normal with pure wool products and texture will change over time with handling and washing. These are natural properties of wool, not faults*

This returns policy is in line with EU distance selling regulations. Protections and timescales may not apply to customers outside the EU. Paypal payments are also bound by the Paypal User Agreement.

Personalised items/ products are non-refundable
